Carbohydrate Serves: 1 per person
(1 carbohydrate serve = 15 grams of total carbohydrate)

Just a reminder that milk does count as a carbohydrate but this snack a good one to remember when you’re on the run.

Ingredients

300ml/ ~10 fl.oz skim milk
