Ingredients
- 4 Vita-Weats (or the equivalent carbohydrate allowance cracker) with any combination of the following toppings:
- 1 slice low fat cheese per Vita-Weat
- 1 teaspoon hummus per Vita-Weat
- 1 teaspoon peanut butter per Vita-Weat
- 2 slices of tomato per Vita-Weat
Good option for snacking, especially if you don’t have much time on your hands.
