Vita-Weat medley

Servings: 1 person
Carbohydrate Serves: 1 per person
(1 carbohydrate serve = 15 grams of total carbohydrate)

This has some crunch, saltiness and sweetness. A great snack for the lunch box too. (Main carbohydrate containing ingredients are listed in bold.)

Ingredients

  • 4 Vita-Weats (or the equivalent carbohydrate allowance cracker) with any combination of the following toppings:
  • 1 slice low fat cheese per Vita-Weat
  • 1 teaspoon hummus per Vita-Weat
  • 1 teaspoon peanut butter per Vita-Weat
  • 2 slices of tomato per Vita-Weat
